SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER

On March 13, 2008, Administrative Law Judge William G. Kocol issued the attached supplemental decision.1 The Respondent filed exceptions and a supporting brief. The General Counsel filed an answering brief and the Respondent filed a reply brief.

The National Labor Relations Board has considered the supplemental decision and the record in light of the exceptions and briefs and has decided to affirm the judge’s rulings, findings,2 and conclusions and to adopt the recommended Order.3

ORDER

The National Labor Relations Board adopts the recommended supplemental Order of the administrative law judge and orders that the Respondent, Tower Industries d/b/a Allied Mechanical, Inc., Ontario, California, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall take the action set forth in the supplemental Order.
