February 27, 1970 DECISION AND ORDER

BY MEMBERS FANNING, BROWN, AND JENKINS On July 25, 1969, Trial Examiner James B.

Webster issued his Decision in the above-entitled proceeding, finding that the Respondents had engaged in certain unfair labor practices and recommending that they cease and desist therefrom and take certain affirmative action, as set forth in the attached Trial Examiner's Decision. Thereafter, the Respondents and the Charging Parties each filed exceptions to the Trial Examiner's Decision and supporting briefs. The Respondents also filed a brief in opposition to the Charging Parties' exceptions.

Whereupon, the General Counsel filed a brief answering the Respondents' exceptions to the Trial Examiner's Decision and their supporting brief.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3(b) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, the National Labor Relations Board has delegated its powers in connection with this case to a three-member panel.

The National Labor Relations Board has reviewed the rulings of the Trial Examiner made at the hearing and finds that no prejudicial error was committed. The rulings are hereby affirmed.
