This is a proceeding under Section 10(k) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, pursuant to charges filed by Weyerhaeuser Company, the Employer, alleging that Association of Western Pulp and Paper Workers, Local 580, Respondent, violated Section 8(b)(4)(D) of the Act.
