The General Counsel filed exceptions and a supporting brief, and Charging Party Paul Sallee filed exceptions, a supporting brief, and an erratum. The Respondent filed cross-exceptions, a supporting brief, and an answering brief.The National Labor Relations Board has delegated its authority in this proceeding to a three-member panel.The Board has considered the decision and the record in light of the exceptions and briefs1 and has decided to affirm the judge's rulings, findings,2 and conclusions and to adopt the recommended Order as modified.3ORDERThe National Labor Relations Board adopts the recommended Order of the administrative law judge and orders that the Respondent, Local 933, International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of American (UAW), AFL-CIO, Indianapolis, Indiana, its officers, agents, and representatives, shall take the action set forth in the Order as modified. 1. Substitute the following for paragraph 1(a). ''(a) Discriminatorily refusing to process a grievance because an employee worked for a nonunion employer or for other arbitrary reasons.'' 2.
