DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS

OF ELECTION

Pursuant to u stipulation for certification upon consent election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 27, 1963, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twentyfirst Region among the employees in the unit described below. At the conclusion of the election, the parties were furnished a tally of ballots which showed that, of approximately 70 eligible voters, 69 cast ballots, of which 26 were for, and 39 against, the Petitioner and 4 were challenged. The challenges were insufficient in number to affect the results. The Petitioner filed timely objections to conduct affecting the results of the election.

In accordance with the Board's Rules and Regulations, the Regional Director conducted an investigation, and thereafter issued and served upon the parties the attached Report on Objections, in which he recommended that the objections be overrule...
