The National Labor Relations Board, by a three member panel, has considered an objection to an election held on August 18, 2006,[1] and the hearing officer’s report, recommending disposition of it. On September 7, the Union filed an objection to the conduct of an election[2] in a unit of the Employer’s clinical staff, clerical, and maintenance employees.
