Cases 29-CA 6207 and 29 CA6314September 25, 1979 DECISION AND ORDERBY MEMBERS JENKINS, MURPHY, AND TRUESDALE Upon charges filed on February 10 and April 6, 1978, by the Brewery Delivery Employees Local Union 46, International Brotherhood of Teamsters,Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, herein called Local 46, and duly served on SDS Distributing Corporation and Q-M Distributing Corporation, its Successor and Alter Ego, herein called Respondents, the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, by the Regional Director for Region 29, issued a consolidated complaint on April 11, 1978, against Respondents, alleging that Respondents had engaged in and were engaging in unfair labor practices affecting commerce within the meaning of Section 8(aX 1), (2), (3), and (5) and Section 2(6) and (7) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
