On June 13, 1967, Trial Examiner William J.

Brown issued his Decision in the above-entitled proceeding, finding that Respondent had engaged in and was engaging in a certain unfair labor practice and recommending that it cease and desist therefrom and take certain affirmative action, as set forth in the attached Trial Examiner's Decision. He also found that the Respondent had not engaged in another unfair labor practice and recommended the dismissal of that allegation. Thereafter, the Respondent filed exceptions to the Decision and a supporting brief. General Counsel filed a brief answering Respondent's exceptions.
