DECISION AND ORDER
On November 6, 1961, Trial Examiner Frederick U. Reel issued his Intermediate Report herein, finding that the Respondent engaged in unfair labor practices in violation of Section 8 (a) (5) and (1) of the Act and recommending that it cease and desist therefrom and take affirmative action, as set forth in the Intermediate Report attached hereto.
