Case 2-CA-26303October 19, 1995DECISION AND ORDERBY CHAIRMAN GOULD AND MEMBERS BROWNING AND COHENThe issue presented here is whether the judge correctly found the Respondent violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Act by discharging William J. Gaudreau Sr. and William J. Gaudreau Jr. because of their protected concerted activity.1 The Board has considered the decision and the record in light of the exceptions and briefs and has decided to affirm the judge's rulings, findings,2and conclusions and to adopt the recommended Order, as modified below.3ORDERThe National Labor Relations Board adopts the recommended Order of the administrative law judge as modified below and orders that the Respondent, 110 Greenwich Street Corp., New York, New York, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall take the action set forth in the Order as modified. 1. Substitute the following for paragraph 1(a). ''(a) Discharging or suspending its employees because they engage in protected concerted activities.'' 2. Substitute the following for paragraph 2(b).
