DECISION AND ORDER
On October 22, 1965, Trial Examiner Leo F. Lightner issued his Decision in the above-entitled proceeding, finding that the Respondent had not engaged in unfair labor practices as alleged in the complaint and recommending that the complaint be dismissed in its entirety, as set forth in the attached Trial Examiner's Decision. Thereafter, the General Counsel filed exceptions to the Trial Examiner's Decision and a. supporting brief and the Respondent filed a brief in support of the Trial Examiner's Decision.Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3(b) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, the National Labor Relations Board has delegated its powers in connection with this case to a three-member panel [Members Fanning, Brown, and Zagoria]. The Board has reviewed the rulings of the Trial Examiner made at the hearing and finds that no prejudicial error was committed. The rulings are hereby affirmed. The Board has considered the Trial Examiner's Decision and the entire record in this case, including the exceptions and briefs, and hereby adopts the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Trial Examiner.[The Board adopted the Trial Examiner's Recommended Order dismissing the complaint.] TRIAL EXAMINER'S DECISION STATEMENT OF THE CASEThis proceeding was heard before Trial Examiner Leo F.
