During the past year, the Employer has performed services valued in excess of $50,000 for firms within the State of Ohio who in turn purchased goods and materials valued in excess of $50,000 directly from sources outside of Ohio.

During the same period of time, the Employer had a gross volume of business in excess of $500,000.
