DECISION AND ORDER
On June 2, 1964, Trial Examiner W. Gerard Ryan issued his Decision in the above-entitled proceeding, finding that the Respondent had engaged in and was engaging in certain unfair labor practices in violation of the Act. and recommending that Respondent cease and 150 NLRB No. 47.desist therefrom and take certain affirmative action as set forth in the -attached Decision. Thereafter, Respondent filed exceptions and a supporting brief.'
