December 11, 1968 DECISION AND ORDER

On April 24, 1968, Trial Examiner Marion C.

Ladwig issued his Decision in the above-entitled proceeding, finding that the Respondent had engaged in and was engaging in certain unfair labor practices and recommending that it cease and desist therefrom and take certain affirmative action, as set forth in the attached Trial Examiner's Decision. Thereafter, the Respondent filed exceptions to the said Decision and a brief in support, in addition to a request for oral argument, the General Counsel filed a brief in response to the Respondent's exceptions and brief.

The Board has reviewed the rulings made by the Trial Examiner at the hearing and finds that no prejudicial error was committed. The rulings are hereby affirmed.
