DECISION AND DIRECTION
Pursuant to a stipulation for certification upon consent election in the above-entitled matter, an election by secret ballot was conducted on December 11, 1959, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twenty-first Region, among the employees in the agreed unit.
