Schauffler, Regional Director for the Fifth Region (Baltimore, Maryland), issued its complaint, dated January 8, 1937, against Calvert Maryland Distilling Company, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland. The complaint and notice of hearing thereon were duly served upon the Calvert Maryland Distilling Company, Inc.and the Union. Thereafter, an amended charge was duly filed, and an amended complaint dated January 14, 1937, was issued against Distillers Corporation, Seagram of Canada, Calvert Distilling Company of Maryland, Calvert Maryland Distilling Company, and Calvert Maryland Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation.
