Pan-O-Ramic Package Co., Inc. and United Textile Workers of America, AFL-CIO. Case No..13-CA-3685. March 3, 1961 DECISION AND ORDER

On August 23, 1960, Trial Examiner Thomas A. Ricci issued his Intermediate Report in the above-entitled proceeding, finding that the Respondent had engaged in and was engaging in certain unfair labor practices and recommending that it cease and desist therefrom and take certain affirmative action,. as set forth in the copy of the Inter mediate Report attached hereto. The Trial 'Examiner also found' that the Respondent has not engaged in certain other unfair labor practices as alleged in the complaint, and recommended that these particular allegations be dismissed. Thereafter, the General Counsel filed exceptions to the Intermediate Report and a supporting brief.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 (b) of the National Labor Relations Act, the Board has delegated its powers in connection` with this case to a three-member panel [Members Rodgers, Fanning, and Kimball].

The Board has reviewed the rulings made by the Trial Examiner at the hearing and finds that no prejudicial error was committed. The rulings are hereby affirmed. The Board has considered the Inter= mediate Report, the exceptions and brief, and the entire record in this case, and hereby adopts the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Trial Examiner.' ORDER

Upon the entire record in this case, and pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, the National Labor Relations Board hereby orders that the Respondent, Pan-O=Ram...
