M.; International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders and Helpers, Local No. 406, herein called the Boilermakers; 1 International Brotherhood of Electrical IIt appears from the record that the correct name is International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Welders and Helpers of America, Local No 406. It also appears from the record that the correct name of the Carpenters is United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Local No 1061.
