AND TRUESI)ALL Upon a charge duly filed on February 24, 1977, by Jane Uptegrove Richardson, hereinafter called Richardson or the Charging Party, the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, by the Acting Regional Director for Region 4, issued a complaint and notice of hearing on June 30, 1977, against Pincus Brothers, Inc.-Maxwell, herein called Respondent, alleging that Respondent has violated Section 8(a)(l) of the Act by discharging and failing and refusing to reinstate Richardson because she engaged in concerted activities with respect to the rates of compensation received by Respondent's employees.On November 30, 1977, a hearing was held before Administrative Law Judge Josephine H.
