Case No. 18-R-937 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND SECOND DIRECTION OF ELECTION July 4, 1945 On February 28, 1945, the National Relations Board issued a Decision and Order in this proceeding consolidated with an unfair labor practice proceeding,' vacating and setting aside the election held on April 26, 1944, pursuant to the Board's Decision and Direction of Election issued on April 3, 1944.'
