PETITIONER Case No. 5-R-2945 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER January 17, 1949 On November 6, 1947, pursuant to a Decision and Direction of Election issued by the Board on August 20, 1947,1 and pursuant to two Orders issued, respectively, on August 27, 1947, and on October 20, 1947, which amended the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fifth Region. Upon the conclusion of the election, a Tally of Ballots was furnished the parties. The Tally shows that 88 ballots were cast in the election, and that all of them were challenged.
