2. All production and maintenance employees of the Respondent Partnership employed at its Lisbon plant, exclusive of all office and clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, constituted and constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9 (b) of the Act.3. International Brotherhood of Blacksmiths, Drop Forgers and Helpers, AFL, was, on February 2, 1953, until on or about July 7, 1953, the exclusive representative of all the employees in the above-described unit for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9 (a) of the Act; and thereafter, from on or about July 7, 1953, and at all times thereafter, International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron and Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, AFL, was and has been continuously the exclusive representative of all of the said employees in the above-described unit for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9 (a) of the Act.4.
