The Pulitzer Publishing Company subscribes to interstate news services, publishes nationally syndicated features, advertises nationally sold products, and annually has a gross volume of business in excess of $200,000. The parties stipulated, and we find, that the Pulitzer Publishing Company is engaged in commerce within the meaning of Section 2(6) and (7) of the Act and that it will effectuate the policies of the Act to assert jurisdiction herein.
