DECISION AND DETERMINATION OF DISPUTE BY CHAIRMAN HURTGEN AND MEMBERS LIEBMAN AND TRUESDALE The underlying charge in this Section 10(k) proceeding was filed on January 24, 2001, and amended on January 30, 2001, by Kiel Center Partners, L.P. d/b/a Savvis Center (Savvis or the Employer). It alleges that the Respondent, IATSE Local 6 (Local 6 or Stagehands), violated Section 8(b)(4)(D) of the National Labor Relations Act by engaging in proscribed activity with an object of forcing the Employer to assign certain work to employees it represents rather than to employees represented by IBEW Local 1 (Local 1 or Electricians).
