April 15, 1981 DECISION AND ORDER

On October 27, 1980, Administrative Law Judge Donald R. Holley issued the attached Decision in this proceeding. Thereafter, Respondent filed exceptions and a supporting brief.

The Board has considered the record and the attached Decision in light of the exceptions and brief, and has decided to affirm the rulings,' findings,2 and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge, and to adopt his recommended Order,3 as modified herein.4 ORDER

Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, the National Labor Relations Board adopts as its Order the recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge, as modified below, and hereby orders that the Respondent,

Wean United, Inc., Canton, Ohio, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall take the action set forth in the said recommended Order, as so modified:

1. Substitute the following for paragraph l(a):

' Respondent excepts to the Administrative Law Judge's sequestration of Personnel Manager Griffiths, contending that it was thereby denied the assistance of any corporate representative during the hearing. We find no merit in Respondent's exception. The record shows that Respondent initially had Niedle, its director of industrial relations, enter an appearance on its behalf, and then moved to have the witnesses sequestered.
