Gravitt,Jr., of the National Labor Relations Board. On July' 13, 1978, the Regional Director for Region 9 issued a Decision and Direction of Election in which he found, inter alia, that Petitioner, herein also called KNA, is a labor organization within the meaning of Section 2(5) of the Act.
